Customer Onboarding

The customer onboarding process at eleven-x is designed to make the transition from contract signing to project fulfillment as smooth as possible. Here are the steps:

  1. Contract signing complete
  2. You will receive a welcome email with useful information on next steps 
  3. An account is setup to access our customer support and knowledgebase
  4. A support ticket is created to track fulfillment status, ask questions, and exchange information
  5. You will be asked to fill out a form requesting basic information required to fulfill the order including how to facilitate payment
  6. A project kick-off meeting will be scheduled
  7. When your account setup is complete, you will receive login credentials for the eleven-x installation mobile app and the application software through the support ticket for the project.
  8. Training on the application software will be provided

Note that the support ticket for the project fulfillment will remain open until the deployment is complete. Once complete, the customer will close the ticket as an acknowledgement of project delivery.
